Exercising helps us to overcome stress and enhance our overall mood. So try to exercise for at least 60 minutes or 1 hour. Daily exercise also allows you to stay away from heart disease.

  • Take at least 30 minutes to walk two times. 1:-  In morning  2:- In evening
  • Then take a break for 5-10 minutes
  • Then do 30 minutes of strength exercise with any hand weight.
  • Then take a break for 5-10 minutes
  • Then do jump ropes for at least 20 minutes 1:-  In morning   2:- In evening
  • Do squats for 10 minutes, and you can increase the time daily.

If we you will drink milk 2kg in a single day and on another you don't drink on another side i drink a glass of milk per day. I will have strong bones etc because i drink milk at regular intervals of time.

We have to protect our selves from Diseases and Infections. As we know we all gets Ill but we don't cure ourselves well or we don't consult a Doctor. We go to the medical shop and just tell him i am sick give me some medicines.

Sleep at least 6-7 hours. Because it refreshes our mind and relax our body for next day. If we don't sleep 6-7 hours our body will be un balance and we will fell tied sicky etc.
