It is important of eating healthy Diet. Here is the best diet for your Heart to keep it healthy and prevent it from Heart diseases.
  • Eat more Fruites and Vegetables
  • Choose Essential Oils For Heart
  • Don't use excess amount of oils, As it is one the majore common cause of Heart Diseases
You have to stick to the diet plan and don't use others diet plan you have to make your own diet  plan. In diet plan you have to see which fruit and vegetable is essential for your body.

Because you have to see which thing woks for me. our body need Protein, vitamins, carbohydrates etc but there is limit to our body that we have to take these things in limited quantity.

Exercise Every Day

If you are eating Fruits, vegetables and Intaking Protein, Vitamins, Calcium etc but don't exercise. Then you are only wasting your money and time because it is important to Exercise or you can go to the Gym.

Exercise Every Day


You should exercise 2 times in a day. Morning and Evening {Morning: it is the best time to exercise because of no Sound Pollution, fresh Air, Relax Mind and Body etc. If you want to exercise 1 time in a day my advice is Morning and if you want to exercise 2 times a day Morning and Evening is the best time.


Loose Weight

Weight is also important thing. If a person is over-weight then He/ She have to pass through many diseases. His legs will be damaged, chances of high Cardiac Arrested [Heart Attack]. If you want to be healthy person you have to loose weight.

Stress is a disease that has no cure. If you get too much stress, it is dangerous for you because it causes many diseases and it is the crime of diseases. So I want to tell you that as much as possible Stay happy and don't take stress

Cut Down / Don't Take Stress


To relieve stress, try:
  • Take Deep breathing
  • Meditation or Mediate once in every day
  • Yoga.  [do Yoga in morning ]
  • Massage
  • Exercise
  • Healthy eating
  • Talking to a friend, family member, or professional counselor to cut down Stress

Create Habits Which are Healthy

Healthy Habits is one of most important thing in healthy tips. If you don't do these things then you will never be a healthy person. These habits are basics of health. 

  • Brush your teeth twice a day and floss every day.
  • Don't smoke.
  • Limit your alcohol. Keep it to one drink a day.
  • If you have medication, take it exactly how your doctor prescribed it.
  • Improve your sleep. Aim for 8 hours. If you have trouble getting shut-eye, talk to your doctor.
  • Use sunscreen and stay out of the sun from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Wear your seatbelt.
Create Habits Which are Healthy




If you can't do this things then you are not good person because it is the quality of a good person to follow these rules. These are simple rules and they are the basic of healthy person. Just follow these rules and see the changes in yourself.

Eat More

Food is such a thing which is very important to stay healthy. Because it provides energy to our body. If we do not eat food, then from where our body will get energy, then we should eat more and more. But we should eat as much as the limit of our body.

But we should eat the same food which is very important for us. We should not eat junk foods, due to which our body gets into lot of troubles. if we eat dirty food then we will be I'll and our body will never be healthy.

Sleep has also a lot of importance. We should sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours. When we sleep, our body remains at rest.  The mind becomes cold and helps to fresh and relax our mind.
